Representatives of the project of a global international social network Salam World (SW), which is expected to start next spring, are in a tour around Islamic countries, among which are already Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco, Indonesia and Malaysia

April 26, 2012 in Moscow (hall "Saturn" of "Space" Hotel, metro Exhibition Center (VDNH), Prospect Mira, 150) a historic event will take place: the All-Russia Congress of Muslim women "Muslim women in the XXI century, its role in society"

Within the framework of the official visit to Moscowof the Secretary General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference (OIC) Prof. Dr. Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu a meeting will take place with the chairman of Russia Mufties Council mufti sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin. At the meeting Kamil Iskhakov the Ambassador Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federationin OIC will take part.

The meeting will take place in the residence of Russia Mufties Council at 11 a.m.

Accreditation of journalists at the place until 10.45 a.m.

Let me welcome and congratulate the leadership of the countries, heads of Muslim regions of the Russian Federation with organization of the present conference.  I also greet the representatives of Muslim international organizations, representatives of science and culture of Russia and other countries, prominent public and religious figures, all the participants of the conference.

The Eid ul Fitr celebration continues in the capital. The festive prayer in the work day of August 30 gathered according to updated official figures of about 130 thousands of Muslims - those who managed to take day off from their work.
