Representatives of Russia Muftis Council, in the person of the head of international department Ildar Galeev and member of staff of foreign education department Yulia Ishmuratova, visited the residency of Brunei embassy to meet with its second secretary and charge d'affaires Mr Roni Ismail.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged congratulations on the occasion of birthday of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and discussed issues pertaining to cooperation in the area of education. In particular, they've brought up the issue of grants for students of Brunei universities and organization of long- and short-time courses for Russian students.

In the end of the meeting, parties agreed to continue and develop close cooperation.
