A prizetaker of Russian Qur'an reciting competitions Magomed Dzhabrailovich Aligadzhiev took part in Muhammad VI International Qur'an Reciting Competition in Morocco on the arrangement of Russia Muftis Council.

The competition gathered huffaz from 50 different countries. Russian contender placed in the top ten, taking an honourable 9th place.

"It was a big honour for me to take part in such an important event and represent my country in it. I'd like to offer my special thanks to Russia Muftis Council for the opportunity to participate in this noble contest," said Magomed Aligadzhiev.
