On August  4,2009 at 12:00 at the conference hall of Russia Mufties Council the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Sultanate Oman Abdullah Ben Zahir Al-Hussni will be awarded the Order of Fahr for active participation in the development of international relations and support of the projects aimed at spread of Islamic values.
