On the eve of Victory Day celebrations, a regular session of the Public Council of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation under Alexander Bastrykin took place with the participation of SAMER deputy chairman Rafik Fattahetdinov.

Order of the day included issues of providing legislative framework for the establishment of objective truth as a goal of providing evidence in criminal procedures.
