Grand Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin Chairs Meeting on Organizing Hajj-2026 The Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Grand Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin, chaired a meeting dedicated to preparations for the Hajj season in 2026. The meeting was attended by Mufti Rushan Abbyasov, Deputy Chairman of the RBM for International Affairs and Hajj; Ammar Hijjawi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of "Muslim Group"; and Ali Gurdin, General Director of the RBM's official tour operator "Muslim Tour" and Head of the RBM's Hajj and Umrah Department.

Mufti Rushan Abbyasov briefed the spiritual leader of Russia's Muslims on the outcomes of meetings held by the Hajj Council and the Russian Hajj Mission, during which organizational aspects of the pilgrimage for the current year were discussed.

Ammar Hajji and Ali Hazrat reported to Grand Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin that all obligations of the tour operator at this stage have been fulfilled. The pilgrim quota is fully filled, and all necessary documents have been submitted within the established deadlines and in accordance with the standards of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They also noted that the visa processing for pilgrims is currently underway.

Grand Mufti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin, for his part, highly commended the work carried out by the tour operator "Muslim Tour" and prayerfully wished that the Hajj of their fellow believers would be perfect and accepted by the All-Merciful Allah. He also emphasized that the official tour operator of the RBM has been conscientiously fulfilling its obligations to pilgrims for 29 years, helping our compatriots to perform one of the pillars of Islam comfortably and safely.
