On behalf of the Religious Board of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Russia's 25-million-strong ummah, and personally, I heartily congratulate you on your re-election as Chairman of the Muslim Religious Association in the Republic of Belarus.

A wise teacher of Islam and a true professional in the fields of interethnic and state-religious relations, you have achieved outstanding results in the noble work of building Islam on Belarusian soil. Under your leadership, mosques and madrasahs are being constructed, extensive educational work is carried out, and fraternal ties between our countries are being strengthened. The authority and deep respect you enjoy among the Muslims of Belarus, Russia, and the CIS countries are truly deserved. I am confident that your efforts in your new term will bring just as much benefit to the ummah and its people. I prayerfully ask the Lord of the Worlds, Allah, to grant you His blessing and assistance in all your endeavors and numerous projects!
