The International Economic Forum of Russia and the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation “Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum” will be held from 13 to 18 May in Kazan.

Rustam Minnikhanov - Rais of Tatarstan said that participation in the International Economic Forum “Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum” has been confirmed by representatives of 74 countries and 61 regions of Russia

The Organizing Committee is headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin.
Today Marat Khusnullin held a meeting of the Organizing Committee of the International Economic Forum “Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum”, during which Minnikhanov spoke about the preparation of the forum.


During the International Economic Forum “Russia - Islamic World: KazanForum 2025” Kazan will host the Kazan Halal Market International Trade Fair. It will be possible to buy halal products, clothes and cosmetics,

It became known that about 130 events are planned to be held within the business program.
The Forum has become a platform for strengthening trade and economic, scientific and technical, social and cultural ties between Russia and the countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.

By decree of the President of the Russian Federation from 2023 the forum has received federal status.
