Mufti of the Penza region became a qualified judge of the Holy Quran recitation competition.

In Mecca, training courses for judges of the Quran competitions tok place. 20 participants from all over the world gathered in the Holy City to get this prestigious title.

Upon the direction of the Council of Muftis of Russia our country was represented by the spiritual leader of Muslims of the Penza region, Islam hazrat Dakshin.
