During the Holy month of Ramadan, all Muslims communities is actively working: in addition to prayers in mosques and prayer houses, iftars are held, educational work is being done, preparation for the big holiday: Eid ul Adha that this year falls on August 19.

The Head of Moscow Region DUM Rushan hazrat Abbyasov in the weeks visited each of the thirty suburban communities and shared their iftar meal and headed Taraweeh prayer in communities Pushkino, Mytishchi, Orekhovo, Naro-Fominsk, Noginsk and others, where he got acquinted with their activities, plans for the future and communicated with the parishioners. At the Moscow Region age of the of Muslim communities ranges from several months to 20 years.

During the holy month of Ramadan Muslims of Moscow suburbs spend iftars and charity events. Despite the Fast, the construction of mosques in the suburbs is not suspended.

The website of Dum.MO reported that on August 2 a delegation headed by the Chairman of the Religious Board of Muslims of Moscow Region (DUMMO) Rushan hazrat Abbyasov, 1st Vice-President DUMMO, Imam-Khatib of Podolsk district Rustam hazrat Davydov, Vice President, Chief of Staff of DUMMO Hazrat Ali Hasanov, Director General of the International Centre for Standardization and certification of halal of RMC Aydar Haji Gazizov, Director of the Department of Economics RMC Madina Kalimullina, Head of Standard Halal Office Yusuf Rikov visited the Muslim community of Naro-Fominsk.

The Muslim community ofNaro-Fominsk has overcome a 10-year milestone. Over the years, from the abandoned land the community has overcome the way to the three-storey building house of worship and to the stage of interior design. The number of worshipers attending the Juma prayer has increased from 2 to 90 people. Parishioners of the community with confidence and prayer to God see the future, with the hope that their endeavors will be continued by succeeding generations.

A few minutes before the iftar the community chairman Miftyahetdin Alhaji and Imam-Khatib of the community Hazrat Ildar Bederdinov showed visitors the building of new mosque and the area around it. After evening prayers the guests was offered the soup and meat dish of lamb. A table for 40 people was set in the courtyard of the mosque with a pleasant light of bulbs.

During iftar believers discussed current issues of life of the community, the prospects for the establishment and operation of Awqaf property at a mosque to further ensure the development of the community, ways to spread knowledge of Islam among the ethnic Muslim youth of the city. After dinner the gathered read Taraweeh prayer, turning to Allah for forgiveness of sins and adoption of good deeds in this blessed month.
