Turkey has been demonstrating significant progress in the economic sphere under your leadership, strengthening its position in the international arena and reaching new levels. Turkey makes every effort to support those looking for stability in the world and tries to be a source of hope for people in difficult situations.

Russian Muslims encourage the further development of friendship and brotherhood between Russia and Turkey in all spheres and support the joint efforts of the Russian Turkish leaders aimed at political conflict settlement.

I pray that the people of Turkey enjoy prosperity, peace and stability!
