Today a delegation fr om the United Arab Emirates led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mohammed Sharaf visited the Moscow Cathedral Mosque.

During the visit Ilda Galeyev, head of the International Department, conveyed the greetings from Muti Sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin, head of the Russia Muftis Council and the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Russia, the leader of Russian Muslims. He also informed the guests about  activities conducted by the Russia Muftis Council and its Spiritual Boards.

The guests also had an opportunity to attend an exhibition devoted to the spiritual legacy of the imams of the Ageyev family.

The International Centre for Halal certification and standardization organized a tea party for the guests, wh ere Aidar Gazizov, the director of the Centre, spoke about development of the halal industry in Russia and export opportunities for Russian companies.
