On Saturday, April 19, a presentation of halal exhibition Moscow Halal Expo 2014 took place in Taj Mahal restaurant in partnership with the Muslim Magazine. The exhibition will be open between June 5 and 8 this year.

During the event, deputy chairman of Russia Muftis Council, Chairman of the exhibition’s organizing committee Rushan hazrat Abbyasov greeted the guests on behalf of the head of Muftis Council, spiritual leader of Russian Muslims mufti sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin, and told of the programme of the exhibition and, in particular, announced contest for best innovations in halal industry.

The evening devoted to the presentation and announcement of the programme and goals of the forthcoming exhibition as well as the first anniversary of its partnership with Muslim Magazine brought together food caterers, economists, scientists, lawyers, designers, travel and real estate agencies, media outlets, small and large enterprises. During the event, director of the exhibition, head of RMC economics department came up with a detailed presentation of Moscow Halal Expo 2014.

All participants of the event took active part in the discussion of halal industry and its many sectors. According to the comperes – well-known lawyer Murad Musaev and popular TV hostess Dinara Sadretdinova, Moscow Halal Expo is a unique project aimed at bringing together all branches of halal business and with fifth exhibition approaching it’s time to bring up new issues of the industry’s future development and prospects on the agenda.

Moscow Halal Expo is organized under the auspices of Moscow City Government, Ministry of External Affairs of Russian Federation, Islamic Center for Development of Trade and Halal Development Council.
