Please accept my deep gratitude for your congratulations in recognition of the State of Palestine as a UN member as an observer. Thank you for your solidarity and the noble friendship expressed in your letter. We look forward to the immutability of your position and all our friends in the Russian Federation in support of this important historical achievements of the State of Palestine. It is the victory of our people to achieve freedom and independence, it is a victory for all advocates of freedom, justice, peace, it is an effective contribution to the strengthening of international law and the need to implement international resolutions on Palestine, which will lead to a just and comprehensive peace in the region, in which the State of Palestine will be a positive and effective factor in stabilizing the situation in the Middle East, the people who will live in safety, respect and good neighborliness with all its neighbors.
