A session of the organizing committee of XIV Moscow International Qur’an Reciting Competition, headed by RMC Co-Chairman Rushan hazrat Abbyasov, took place in Russia Muftis Council.

Members of the organizing committee informed of the course of preparations for the event, and told that the tickets for the event are already on sale.

The Contest will open on September 15 in Concert Hall “Rossiya”. It is organized under the patronage of Chairman of Russia Muftis Council mufti sheikh Ravil Gaynutdin and under the auspices of Moscow City Government, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

The contest will bring together well-known huffaz from over 30 countries. A special guest of the event is the famous hafiz and Qur’an reciter Abu Bakr Shatri. The contest will be held in nomination “Hifz. Recitation of Qur’an by Heart”.
